FSC AMARANTH

The FSC “AMARANTH” specifies the polarization of amaranth oil.

Amaranth (in Greek – “amaranthos”) is translated as “unfading flower”. In America, the Indians called it “the golden grain of God,” “the wheat of the Aztecs,” and “the bread of the Incas.” In India it was called “Ramadan”, which means “given by God”. The UN Food Commission has named amaranth the crop of the 21st century. Amaranth is unique in its composition; it contains squalene and phytosterols, a large amount of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, proteins, polyunsaturated fatty acids, and other important biologically active substances. Entire scientific centers in many countries around the world are studying amaranth and its healing qualities.
