Conditions for return and replacement


Delivery in both directions is borne by the customer.

Please do not send a shipment to us until we have confirmed that we can make a replacement.

* VITA SERVICE CONSULT LTD is not obliged to replace products that cannot be replaced due to lack of availability of the desired products!

When we receive the shipment, we will send the new products you want. Please add a note to the shipment that says “FOR REPLACEMENT” and what size / color you want us to replace the product.

Please pack the shipment with its original packaging in order to protect it from contamination or damage during delivery to us.

We only replace products that meet the following requirements:

* The product is not worn or washed

* The product is not damaged and there are no defects

* The product is returned in the original packaging, together with all labels, in the way it was received


Delivery is covered by the customer.


In order to exercise your right of withdrawal (return of goods) you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract with an unambiguous application. You can use the STANDARD WITHDRAWAL EXERCISE FORM and send it to us by e-mail at, after which we will give you more information on how we should proceed.

The consumer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 working days from the date of receipt. For this purpose the product must be in its original packaging, without traces of use or violation of the commercial appearance of the product in accordance with current law. After inspection within 40 working days (by law) the amount of the buyer is refunded or within 20 working days (by law) the product is replaced. In case of non-compliance with the conditions, the product is returned to the buyer, who bears all transport costs. Transport costs for replacement or return are at the expense of the buyer, unless a defect is found on the item!

Requirements for both procedures:

  1. The replacement or complaint must occur within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
  2. Products subject to return or exchange are those that have not undergone any processing (washing, ironing, cutting and other actions violating their integrity, as well as the removal of labels)
  3. The product must be returned to VITA SERVICE CONSULT LTD, and proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) must be attached to it. You should have received such a note when receiving the shipment from the courier company!
  4. With care for our customers and due to the nature of the goods sold, products such as socks and underwear are NOT RETURNED or REPLACED!

All shipments are opened before the amounts are paid back. Once we make sure that the shipment meets the above conditions, the amount will be paid back to you within 40 days (by law). In case of non-compliance with the described conditions, the claim will not be considered.
